From £250. Price includes 3 visits. Additional visits £60.00 (if required).
For Rodent Activity in lofts SINIYON Services may use (with customer agreement) Live Web Cam Images via WiFi to ensure animal welfare and for a swifter result. Should you not wish to use this please let us know and we will use alternative methods of capture. For larger houses additional £30.00 per loft hatch applies.

Ant Control
Our Ant Control methods use the latest products and technologies. The Price of £65 includes a follow up visit (if required after 2 weeks) to ensure they are completely eradicated. A survey will be conducted to ensure correct treatment is selected
Flea Control
From £300 including a follow up visit. Flea treatments require a survey to establish the source and extent of infestation. The 2nd visit is included in the price.
Bed Bugs
Price from £300 and this includes a follow up visit. We use a combination of treatments to ensure total and complete eradication of bed begs from bedrooms, lounges and all rooms without the home and hotels

SINIYON Services treat Carpet Beetles and a range of other Beetles. Prices are from £180.
Cockroaches
SINIYON Services manage Cockroaches in shops and restaurants this include a range of treatments used together to ensure total effectiveness. Price from £180. It is important to note the customer MUST work with us and adhere to all recommendations suggested otherwise treatment will be ineffective.
Mole Control
Standard set up fee £25. The first mole is just £70 and then £45 for each mole there after. If it is found that the moles have moved to the same area within 7 days of the removal confirmation date then we will only charge £45 per mole . Any mole activity after 7 days the charges are reset.
